WorldMark by Wyndham Timeshares

WorldMark by Wyndham is a credit-based timeshare that provides owners with the flexibility to access more than sixty WorldMark resorts across the continental United States, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, and Fiji. Although owners will be deeded to a specific resort, owners may equally access all the resorts in their network using their credits. Additionally, owners may utilize the seventy resorts in the Wyndham Vacation Resorts network and the sixteen resorts managed by Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific.

Owners will purchase a designated number of credits that will renew either annually or biennially on the first day of the month they were initially purchased. Each day of the week, resort location, unit size, and season will have its own established credit value. High season is considered Red, mid season is considered white, and low season is considered blue. Red season has a one week minimum stay if booked ninety-one days to thirteen months in advance, and owners can reserve any day check in. Owners can book less than a week during red season if booked ninety days or less in advance of the check-in date. For white and blue season, there is no minimum stay required except for weekends, and they can be booked forty-eight hours to thirteen months in advance.

Vacation Credits can be saved for twenty-four months, and owners may borrow credits from the next year without penalty. Reservations may be canceled without loss of credits within thirty days prior to arrival, sooner depending on how much in advance the reservation was made.

One of the additional benefits to Premier Owners is Bonus Time. Reservations must be made fourteen days in advance or less, but if the space is available owners may take a one- to four-day mini vacation for around $30 per night (prices may vary). Owners may also enjoy Inventory Specials that offer mid-week vacations booked up to sixty days in advance for up to thirty consecutive nights at a minimum charge, also subject to availability at specific resorts.

Owners are required to pay annual maintenance fees, either paid monthly or annually. Housekeeping credits are issued annually based on the number of vacation credits owned. If the housekeeping credits are used, the unit may be subject to a housekeeping fee that varies depending on the unit size. Members have an option of enrolling in RCI as an exchange company, which allows them to exchange to over 5,300 resorts worldwide.
